swt az Gym Rat, thanx Jimmybro i think time to trim down now and look like that huge guy Quadzilla man he looks wicked as. He won $300 today and i won $300 prize today happy az.

Sorry guys i had to help run our armwrestling booth again so couldnt get much more pics except quick one again with the same people, but i did get to give Amanda Latona u huge kiss on the check hahaha lol.

Went for a look yesterday and got smoked by Montz at arm wrestling. Couldn't even move his hand. Even the 70kg(?) guy beat me on one hand (maybe he let me win other one, unsure). Had just done chest and bis so didn't help and was trying to just use my arm strength not putting my weight behind it etc, but Montz you're strong as f*ck and I wouldn't have a hope of any day. Feeling weak now and sore elbows and having day off work lol

Had fun catching up with everyone.  Having a go at all the challenges.  Won $300 on the inch DB strongman challenge too :)

Didn't have a Muscle Fuel booth at the expo as was told due to expo centre rules we couldn't sell food, then I saw Pita Pit there :/

Anyway for being the middle of winter it was ridiculously hot in the hall.   Maybe it was all the benchpressing and chinups etc I was doing.  I rocked a singlet and couldnt give a shit if you had a problem with it.  Montz was rocking around in his singlet too, have a problem with that too???

My TP Dan Mazzola rocked no shirt so did Grant P and they both looked sick.  Seriously people go have a look at fitness expos around the world and see what other people are doing.  Haters gonna hate.

how was what montz was wearing close to a stringer? is your singlet even a stringer?

I wasn't hating, just a bit cynical. Maybe too cynical - you were right about the temperature, for sure. And I've got to admit, seeing some of the guys' physiques was pretty motivating.

Anyway, that's a neat photo of you and Johnnie Jackson. He looks a little bit intimidated standing next to you, mate! :D

Had to wear singlet was way to hot in there i was burnin up coz i had pre workout so i could last all day in there without gettin tired lol.

I dont think id wear a stringer unless i atleast looked like Soundsgood shit mayn your a flipn monster bro , you were one of the biggest guys there, even bigger than J Jackson.
