NovoMix30

Recommended Posts

Got couple 3ml pens of this and wana know the best way to run it.

NovoMix®30

NovoMix 30 is a biphasic insulin which contains 30% soluble insulin aspart. This has a rapid
onset of action, and NovoMix 30 should thus be given closer to a meal than biphasic human
insulin. The crystalline phase in NovoMix 30 is 70% insulin aspart protamine, which has an
activity profile similar to that of human isophane (NPH) insulin.

The onset of action of NovoMix 30 occurs within 10-20 minutes of subcutaneous injection.
The maximum effect is exerted between 1 and 4 hours after injection (Figure 2). The duration
of action of NovoMix 30 is up to 24 hours.

Anyway from what i make of it its 30% fast acting 70% slower acting. Yeah obviosly id rather have 100% fast acting stuff but this is all ive got atm.

From what ive read i should be pinning this shit postworkout to make the most of fast acting insulin. But I train from roughly 7pm weekdays. So if i pin it at say 9pm post workout and eat my carbs+protein sweet..for the 30% rapid shit. But im guessing ill have a problem with the 70% slower acting insulin.

I can train as early as 5.30pm though. or i could potentially train at 5am, but that would be asking a lot. Probably rather wake up every hour or 2 and smash back some raro and protein shake.

Anyway what should i do? will be first time using insulin.

I can just imagine you injecting that post workout, you go eat a few cokes, everyhting seems normal, just a little light headed, but you go to sleep.

And then, the long acting slin kicks in. Slowly, but shurley, your blood sugar levels gradually drop as you sleep, your brain kicks you out into a deep sleep, and the world blacks out around you, and as you feel your life drifting away, you try desperatley, but in vain, to reach the raro around your bed. But you can't, because you've been paralysed. Your liver shuts down, flooding your body with nerve destroying toxins, as it can no longer break down the superdrol. Next your kidneys fail and your lungs colapse, and your vision blacks out as you suffocate for breath....

We kiwis must educate our youth to stay away from these horrible steroid performance enhancing drugs, like Insulin, and teach them not to feel pressured by society to conform the impossible body image standards created by proffessional natural bodybuilders In the fitness industry.
