Sleep and Apetite supplements

Has anyone here had any good success in finding / using a good sleep supplement, as well as something than can increase apetite?

Post your recomendations below.

Note: Supplement must actually work, ie give you the munchies / put you to sleep, not some bs ''night time recoverey super bcaa propratirey blend''

- Iv'e been looking into using GHRP6 for apetite as well, but some people say it didn't work for them and others say it gave them munchies all day long. If you have used GHRP6 or similar peptides, write any recomendations or seviews on the drug as well.

Yeah I heard some really good reviews on that, although the reviews also says it tasted fucking rank and they could barley get it down? Like is that true, cuz I dont want to dish out 90 bucks on something I can't get down. Also, does ressurect pm actually knock you down like sleeping pills / atleast make you feel drowsy, or is it just a sleep aid?

I used ghrp6 and while I didn't experience extreme  hunger or anything from it I was able to eat heaps and increased my strength and size while staying pretty lean. Was a pic in my journal early last year. But I was using clen test tren dbol as well so obviously not all ghrp6. But was probably the best gains I ever got imo. Wouldn't bother running it itself but if you're using gear and willing to risk losing it to customs it's worth a go

mean! I found some for twenny bucks on some reaserch peptides, so really no problem experimenting with it. Also got bloods done to check if elegible for trt hehe ;) Apparently GHRP6 isn't actually illegal so customs can get fucked.

Ebay has Melatonin, got a few through customs. Legal in States/prescription in NZ.

Some good reviews on it and I think fairly safe. Cheap as too.

 

I personally havent used peptides or really looked to much into them but why do you want to increase appetite? If need more calories switch in some junk food - Ice cream/pizza/burgers. End of day calorie is calorie. No point eating 500gm rice when could smash down some pizza to hit carbs.

Problem with that is I have the apetite of an annorexic, it's really that bad. Even If I had the option to eat pizzas, burgers, Icecream etc all day long, id have a bite then go push the plate away and stop eating. Like my body litreally has the subconcious desire not to eat anything at all, thats how bad the situation is. But yeah, I will probably end up experimenting whit GHRP sometime soon, it's dirt cheap if you order from the usa.

you do realise that you have to inject it into your fat right? and that it stings...sure you are up for that?

and like i said you run an appreciable risk of having it seized by customs, so you must factor this into the cost, which is difficult considering you have no data.

been bouncing around different shifts a bit in the last few months, i can highly recommend Resurrect PM. I don't make a habbit of it as I find i can easily become dependant on it.. i use like half a scoop every now and then when i feel way too alert at night or feel like i could do with some help staying asleep (would wake up randomly couple times a night then find it hard to get back to sleep). i find if i use too much (like 1 scoop or more) i actually feel pretty messed up next day like hard to grip stuff, wierd co-ordination etc so start low and test the minimum that will work for you. i have the 'blue razz dream' flavour and it's pretty decent, tastes like cough medicine which i happen to like *WRITE*

 

in on this thread, would be interested in other legal stuff you can import that doesn't require injection lol.. have very similar problems to OP, my body regularly rejects food after certain point bottlenecking them gains :\ wouldn't mind some kind of appetite increasers

I believe there is a prescription drug in NZ called 'Marinol' or something similar. It's basically a marijuana extract (THC) in a pill, but much less potent, and they give it to alzimer people and such. Would be intresting, because it gives all the benefits of marijuana, without the carcinogenic effects of smoking. I personally would not use real marijuana on a regular basis if I had the option, so looks like an interesting drug to look into.

The best way to stimulate your apetite is to eat.

Set goals for how much you want to eat. Even though we all know "meal timing" or "6 meals a day" isnt necessary in this situation it can be helpful to plan how many calories/macros and time your meals. Smaller more frequent meals may be helpful. But its up to personal preference.

If this is hard to do time wise you can do less frequent bigger meals. if a meal is too big just take a break half way through... This sounds silly but it works... just take ten minute break and then resume... 

Work out what you are managing to have now and plan to add say 200 cals to that, use the methods above and It should only take a week or so and you will get hungry for the meals youve been slighlty "pushing" yourself to have. It seems like magic but it will happen. 

Then you can maintian that level for a week then plan to add another 200 again and you'll get used to that. etc etc. (I have no idea exactly what you're trying to do/get to)
