Joint Supplements

Thoughts on taking them?

Makes sense if you are lifting heavy poundages day after day bound to cause some significant wear and tear. That is assuming the supplements are sufficient enough to maintain joint health.

Some active ingredients i've found on the interwebs are:

-Glucosamine 1500mg+

-Chondroitin 400mg+

-MSM

-Several Co-factors (Zinc, Managese, Copper etc)

Seems most these supplements are rather expensive and have anti inflammatory ingredients (i.e boswellia).

Since anti inflammatories hinder/interfere with the growth on muscle tissue not keen on supplements with these active ingredients.

Glucosamine and fish oil is different for everyone sometimes won't start actually feeling the effects for a couple of months. Best to supplement it as a preventative not a cure. Normally if you've hurt yourself or got some form of RSI starting fish oil or glucosamine is pretty much a waste of time and rest would be more beneficial.

Yeah thoughts were to take it as a preventative measure.
