Online Shoe Stores, who's best?

Hey guys,

 

Being in small nelson we dont have heaps of choice when it comes to shoes. Well for my taste atleast. Bascially rebel sport is about as good as it gets. And even our rebel has a small range compared to others ive been too.

So does anyone know of any decent online shoe stores who retail a similair range to footlocker. Like nike, adidas, puma etc. Ive been to footlocker's online store but seems really limited compared to what is actually in store there. And i aint driving 400km down to christchurch to get some shoes.

my gf does this and it makes me rage.

having lived in nelson for 19 or so years i didnt really find it lacking in shoes. maybe if youre after something specific but it sounds like youre not, and you havent really explained what your taste is.

Wellington they have got lots of good shoe shops. Your best best pick would be she clinc on wills st plus they can help you out by getting a good shoe that you want to buy like cross trainers or any other running shoe

True, but just down the road for city folk is to the dairy or lotto store, 10 mins tops. Just down the road for everyone else could well be nelson to picton. 

$50.00 odd each way on the ferry without car, and probably 10hrs round trip if your lucky

Or $70.00 odd each way via air and a lot quicker, still more than a pair of shoes either way

plus $100 fuel nelson to picton return. guess it depends how bad he wants the shoes. if i was to buy online id wana try the same ones on in store and suss out my size. coz im like +/- a size depending on brand/shoe type

lol no one except an idiot is going to take a day off work and spend 10 hours travelling plus $200 on travel just to buy a pair of shoes

Exactly best to fly instead and only spend 30mins of travel time.

 

 

And likely cheaper too.

 

But anyway was just after any websites you guys or maybe even girls use to purchase shoes. Im in the market for casual shoes like adidas orginals, or these http://www.superette.co.nz/106-vulcanized-ca-shoe-ginger-bread.html

Not really after running shoes etc, as have a big range on hand.

having both owned and purchased shoes before i would say that your best bet would be to try a shop or website that sells shoes or shoes as well as other stuff. theres a few that i know of in dunedin. maybe you could fly there? and dunedin is also a good place to access websites that you can shop online from.

1. Shoe clinic,front runner,rebel sport and the athletes foot shoe clinc would be your best bet for buying shoes .

i look online before I buy shoes or when iam traveling if I am buying shoes I just shop around to see what is out there before making my final chose plus it is hard to find shoes. When one has size 13 feet like myself for examaple

I am thinking about coming down to Dunedin actually exclusively to purchase shoes.

Is is gymrats account purely for trolling everyone? Honest question.

It might bro since your from Nelson might be a idea to bring some warm clothes with you when you come down to Dunedin to purchase shoes

 

 

thats a good point. i wonder if nelson has any good places to get warm clothes? cant recall any offhand. could be worth the OP asking people if they know any good online stores for warm clothes or any other NZ cities that have a better selection than nelson for buying warm clothes

Perhaps you can come to Auckland and buy some warm clothes OP and then make the trip to Dunedin for shoes?

 

 

on a serious note, there is  a lady from my work that buys shoes from the US at some real cheap prices compared to here (even if you inc the shipping, atleast that's what she says...) will get you the address tomorrow
