Capo NZ Powerlifting Inc presents the West Side Strong Lift Novice Meet.

Come and test your squat,bench and deadlift in a fun, friendly environment.

Hosted by Strong Factory, New Lynn, Auckland
Saturday 12th July
Weigh in at 9.30 -10.30 am at the venue
Lifting commences at 11.30am
GPA Rules Apply
$30 per lifter

Prize giving to follow at Strong Factory
Online entry link will be posted in the coming days or you can request an entry form via FB message on the Capo NZ page or email nzcapoheadquarters@gmail.com

Capo NZ members are welcome to lift but you will not be eligible for national records at this event.
