Will be going out for pizza at eduardos after the pans and one rule that I have for after the show don't care what type of pizza that I have any type will taste dam nice after 16 weeks of cutting

7% body fat have more mass on me this time around compare to last year when I had bugger all mass on me

So I went along to the prejudging on Saturday. It was a pretty good show, and apparently the top two competitors in each open class qualified to go over to the Arnolds in Melbourne next year. There were reasonable numbers of contestants in most classes, but one class (Men's Open Physique Short, I think?) only had one guy enter - so there was a ticket to Melbourne going begging!

Not very many photos this time, I'm afraid. I'd just got out my camera when we were told that although you were welcome to take photos on phones, actual cameras were not going to be allowed. That kind of put a damper on things. *NO*

Anyway, here's a few of the shots I did manage to get. Some good close lineups - particularly in the Physique class.
