I am going to watch, it will probably be a fairly large show and worthwhile attending.

Last year all the seats were sold out for both the pre judging and evening show.

I only went to the prejudging, but it looked like it was the same again this year? If this keeps up, they're going to need a bigger venue! (Although I like the Hawkins Theatre - the slope seating means everyone gets a good view)

A couple of closely fought classes - both of which had Gymnation members in. Naturally, we'll take full credit for this.

Was an amazing experience can't wait for the nationals gona train extremely hard for it. I stuffed up some posing in this show but gona be a lesson learnt.

You reckon? I thought your posing looked really good - particularly for a first comp. My only suggestion is to push your toe into the ground on your Ab/Thigh pose. That brings out more definition which I could see was there while you were in between poses, but got lost when you planted your heel and locked out your leg.

Other than that, you looked great. I'd say you were a match for the other guy in legs and conditioning, but he just had the edge on upper body size.

Yea he was the better poser for sure, I forgot to do some important things. The rush of being on stage was amazing and I honestly cant wait for nationals. I only had 4 weeks to lean the posing so I can't kick myelf for not doing the best and have alot of respect for Darin and can't wait to learn everything I can so I can confidently walk onto that stage without worry.

Gonna train extremely well leading up this this next comp can't wait to see the changes in my body. Thanks for the props bro honestly the best experience ever.

Darin has some crazy ass glutes but his back looks pretty flat. Especially compared to yours, Abel.

You're right though - and they go way up into his back. I've seen bodybuilders with some pretty impressive glutes before, but never quite like that!
