2 years blast n cruise, to be honest havnt really "cruised" a lot just rotated compounds in and out according to goals.

gh is good, sleeping like a baby, hands-carpel tunnel syndrome feelings - cant get bloods in clinic here for igf-1 and gh testing, but i trust my source.

running 4iu daily, only have about 40-50iu left.

well a big drop scale weight as expected, down almost 5kgs, no cardio just diet and training as usual 5 days a week.  Been training mountain dog style and love it, easy on the joints, they are feeling a bit more tender as npp is out.

getting dry on arms and legs, dickskin status

Coming up end of week 2 begining of week 3, down another 2 kilos and havnt really changed anything.  Going to add anavar today 75mgs maybe bump to 100mgs depending on funds.  Current condition in pic below.

Diet if anyone cares...

1. Egg whites, whey isolate, cashews

2. Steak or salmon with veges, mac nut oil

3. Chicken or fish with 2 cups rice or kumara or sometimes a sushi/sashimi meal.

4. Egg whites, whey isolate

5. Same as meal 3 with added fats from either mac nut oil or olive oil.

7. Greek yoghurt & whey isolate mix

Mmmk went away last friday, had 4 days off training and diet was relaxed, ate a bunch of shit u name it.  Did my weekly weigh in today and still down just under 1.5kgs, not too fussed about that. Been sleeping like shit though look like a bag of smashed arseholes.  Slowly getting leaner and leaner and seeing daily changes, i lost all my anavar so stopped that since saturday.

weight is just over 130kgs atm.

Looking at having a few days off training. I find body gets sore after a couple of days off rather than if just one day off.

How do you find it doing weights after?

Do you feel mentally better next time going to gym?

I seem to get mindfucked that a few days off cant lift as heavy next time go in.

I actually felt refreshed bro, just resting amd eating i was ready to

hit it hard again, although felt like a bit of a slob eating a shit load lmao,  i rarely get sore any more, my "system" just feels fxcked.
