My new log...

typing off phone at the moment so will keep it short.

took a week off training after deciding not to compete, stayed on hormones (obviously). 

have put on 13kgs/28lbs in about 3 weeks,glycogen, water bit of fat - 130kgs abs still visible

gonna try blow up lean as possible. i will be going against the grain a bit and to keep things interesting, rotating compounds in and out as i go, none of this 300-500mg test-e a week.  Freaks arnt built like that.

Damn no access to a desktop yet- still typing off phone so gonna keep posts short.

doing this experiment may not be the healthiest thing to do.  Time to find out how my physique acts to certain compunds without changing diet.

been running this 3 weeks

800 eq

1g tren

500 masteron prop

anadrol 50-100mg to stay full

zero test

 

yes zero test, libido hasnt been affected, infact its the opposite, have some test prop on hand if things go pear shaped.

130.7kgs this morning, looking at quality lean gains, i dont need to get any fatter or bigger, just more refinement and quality.

any luck finding a job? and how long you gonna stay on anadrol for?

Just doing some part time work for a mate atm until july and going back to study! Lol been on drol for 3 weeks now, only gonna run it 1 or 2 weeks more max, stuff does a number on my apetite and makes me feel sick sometimes.

decided to drop the anadrol, have been running it for 3 weeks and its fxcking with my apetite, il add it in again later, it did make me feel animal as fxck at the gym and the pumps were painful.

il add in test-e 250mg per week starting from today and slowly taper up over time as i rotate compounds in and out.  i dont like test too much, even on a clean diet i bloat on as little as 350mg per week,  the masteron is a blessing in disguise as it helps control the bloat a lot! i love masteron.

i also forgot to add that i will still run t3 @ 100mcg through this phase, for me it serves a few purposes.

 

1. helps protein turnover

2. will assist keeping some unwated fat off

 

many will say t3 is catabolic @ that dosage, but with the amount of gear im running and minimum 6000 calories a day, its more than enough to stave off any muscle loss.

No nothing major, ive gradually worked up my doses, i think if i went from zilch to lets say a gram of tren, i would get some un pleasent sides.

i did get some sensitive nips- prolactin induced (me thinks). I now supplement 10mg nolva to keep this at bay, and have AIs on hand if things go tits up.

tren just makes me hungry as hell, more agressive and most importantly makes me look like a bodybuilder, i dont care what anyone says, no other compound really replicates the the look tren gives or does, lean mass coupled with some mild fat burning properties.

t3, i felt a bit shitty at first bit this wore off, and again stimulates my hunger something crazy.

EQ too early yet only 3rd week, last time it killed my libido

masteron has a special place in my heart now, keeps me tight, less bloat especially with the amount of food im eating and to a point a mild fat burning effect.  Excellent libido enhancer i must add.

anadrol- crazy fullness, insane pumps. After first warm up set whatever i was working was pumped, lower back was the worse, actually killled my workouts sometimes.  It did affect my apetite a bit and at times felt sick, hence stopping for now.  I did notice some water retention as well.

update..

have been slowly working on bringing up my strength as i lost a bit while doing my prep.  im glad i added testosterone back in the mix.  so much so in fact ive decided to add in different esters. strength is slowly going up in all lifts, managed flat bench 180kg for easy reps tonight and rack pulls for easy reps of 240kg, no personal bests but i feel if strength keeps climbing thi quick il be seeing some big lifts in the next few months.

here is how im doing it the testosterone schedule.

test-e - 375mg per week - pinned weds, fri, sunday

test prop- 350mg per week - 50mg ED

testosterone base (TNE) see below.

i have testosteron base (TNE) on hand that i add in on chosen days - usually 100mg 60min preworkout bi laterally in the muscles being trained - tonight i train chest and back so i pinned both lats with 50mg each. i dont have much TNE left so will continue to use until i run out then just stack with the above plan and see how things go from there.

weight is 131kgs at the moment - slowly gaining week by week, not putting on much fat just water.  my diet is pretty flexible, i just make sure i get sufficient calories in with just enough protein and top it up with a ton of carbs and minimal fats.  i dont force feed i eat when im hungry.

the whole point of this is trying to live as comfortably as i can while training and gaining muscle - without getting too fat lol

here is what today looked like.. most days look the same usually dinner changes but i love my japanese food and i eat that everyday.

breakfast

egg whites

tin of pineapple

banana

large bowl of cereal

 

meal 2

teriyaki chicken on rice

8 pieces salmon sushi

 

meal 3 (pre wokorout)

egg white/whey isolate shake

4 pop tarts

 

Intra workout

50g dextrose, BCAAs , 10g creatine

 

post workout

egg whites

tin of pineapple

banana

30g dextrose

 

dinner and post workout meal

250g cooked teriyaki chicken

1 whole thin crust pepperomi pizza

250ml V8 vege juice

 

Last meal (still to come)

200g teriyaki chicken

either with rice or cereal again

Yes i love TNE..

its hard to explain how good this compound is. Pinned 60min pre workout, i love the intensity and focus that it comes with TNE, there is some slight strength gains, but its hard to put it down to just the TNE.  I would say its like an awesome pre workout without the massive energy buzz, just pure focus and aggression.

yeah buddy! put simply "beast mode". dosnt feel like pre-workout supplements either that are artificial stimulant based. It feels "organic" if thats a good way to descibe it. and the sting is alot less than Testosterone suspension. Going to keep TNE in my bag of tricks for years to come.

So you guys need to boost your already boosted test levels with more test... Hmmm interesting lol

Does this would produce a real boost then? Or given that their test levels are already boosted, would it be proportionately pretty insignificant? (And therefore the benefits are more placebo?)

No it definately produces a boost, 100mg pre workout is like night and day experience.

its like an intense focus and aggression you get.  Everything is tunnel vision and your on a mission lol like i said it has a somewhat stimulant effect without the crazy energy surge.

If you have tries it, you will know exactly what i mean. Being esterless its pretty much in and out of the system within a few hours, i cant remember the exact active half life.

anyway its awesome and if anyone did get the chance to experience it, be good to hear what they think.

Definately an effect on muscle hypertrophy, its just testosterone without any ester attached.  So mg for mg its in theory the strongest form of test.  Test is just test though wheter its prop, enanthate, base.

I'd at best there would be minimal muscle growth if just using Pre-workout. It only raises test/blood levels for 2hours maybe 3 max. Dont think you can build much muscle during this short window. I wouldnt even go as far as adding TNE to weekly anabolic totals. maybe if you pinned yourself every 2 hours you could muscle lol.

give it a go if you really want to know.............but please stay safe
