Where to get food from?

Hi guys where is the best place to get food for bulking? I've just moved to Christchurch and I'm trying find the best place to get meat and veg and all that. Thanks

Veges markets on a Saturday morning. All fresh produce. Eggs and chicken below supermarket prices. Most Towns have them. In the north island I use Toops. Buy bulk, mostly frozen. Need to buy by the five kg for frozen veges and 10kg for meat products like a hank of fillet steak or 10kg of chicken breast.

Pak n save for meat. Or mad butcher. Fruit world for veg if brocolli and sweet potato aren't on special at supermarket.... Indian dairy for natural yoghurt an milk. Just read the supermarket catalogues

Another option would be just keep an eye out for any speicals from New World,Coutdown,Pakn Save or any other veggie outlet etc
