18 y/o - Contemplation of First Cycle - Sust Only

Recommended Posts

Okay, so making this because last thread i wasn't really clear on everything and left out alot of things snd looked like a idiot, so i'm starting a new clean topic.

I'm 18 years old as of right now, i've been weight training for around 2-3 years now on and off, only taking it seriously for about 1 1/2. When i started of training seriously my main focus was purely strength, so for about the first 6-7 montus i just did strength training in the gym, 1-6 reps always hitting my max everyday lol.. made some good strength gains.. not many hypertrophy though.. so as a lack of this i started hypertrophy training after that, still with abit of strength involved but not so much. Results i have onbtained now which are shown in photos is from about 9 months of solid training, 3 being a cut i did which was stupud.. then the other 6 where i just train and eat as much as i can, prior to that i was dumb with training and did nothing properly and made no gains.

After developing my passion for fitness and my obsession with bodybuilding and aesthetics i started studying Persoanl Training which i am doing now, so i can share my passion with others and help them reach their goals and such. As my of my goals i want to be the best i can be and have a certain level il'd like to achieve with my physique as its a dream of mine, now i have accepted and known this all along that sooner or later i will have to jump on gear to achieve this physique, but i'm completely fine with that as i have alot of ambition and am willing to take the risks and consequences with where i want to head on..

Right now i'm contemplating my first cycle, i know i'll do it sooner or later eventually but am wanting to hear some expierences and voice some opinions prior, i'm almost 100% im going to do it shortly but want to run this over some people and grab some opinions and thoughts etc as i'm a newb to this whole juicing thing.

My first cycle i am wanting to just run pure Sust 250, one compound. As i want to take it easy and slow and see how my body reacts to it and handles it before adding any other compounds which i will most likely in my second cycle. Right now i'm contemplating wether to run the doses at 375mg per week to get started as i'm still young and new to the thing, shooting up 0.75m twice a week or 0.5m EOD to keep it the blood levels stable. Or wether i should bump it upto 500mg per week for the gains, i've been reading alot and not too sure where i sit. I don't want to do a frontloading phase.

I'm not wanting to completely blow up like 20 pounds etc in this cycle, i just want a good constant source of gains, something thats acceptable and such as i am trying to have a aesthetic physique or somewhat symmertrical, i don't want to blow up like a balloon as bodybuilder physiques just aren't in my mindset.

I'm going to keep some adex or nolva on hand for PCT, unless someone else has something to suggest. I am accepting the possible chance of gyno, but i never had it during puberty, not sure if that affects it. I'm planning to do this for 12-15 weeks of a steady dose of either 375-500mg of sust, then wait 3 after my last shot to start PCT.

I've got some photos to see where my body is at now after some hypertrophy training and some bodystats, it's nothing for show or impressive, but for your guys sake.

Stats: 6FT, 82KG, 18 Y/O

Arms: 15
Chest:41.5
Quads-
Upper: 24''
Lower: 22''
Calves: 16''

So creating this topic, looking for peoples expierences if they've started on the gear at a young age or any advice and opinions etc, shot, inb4 hate

no offence but you look like you barely lift and i think you could do a lot better naturally. if you dont know how to eat and train properly gear isnt worth it. and youre gonna be a personal trainer lol, so you probably should know that shit

yeah but if youre in a situation where you cant afford decent food youre stupid to do your first cycle. heres pic of me before i started gear, nothing amazing, 95kg and guessing approx 10% bf? but people actually could tell i lifted lmao. and yeah ive been student previous 4 years (loan not allowance) and its not that hard to get money for food and shit

I mirin :( Haha nah i've got food nowdays, i eat like f*ck and know about my nutrition, i'm studying it now, i don't get big overnight lmao. Also another reason i want to jump on gear. Yeh you def lift. I can afford the food and shit lmao, dont assume im some african child or some ectomorph or poor kunt, im just not wealthy as f*ck for chicken + rice every meal, i just suss it out on tuna and other shit. the photos look abit chitty, but i know how to eat, i'm always in a caloric surlpus, and haven't been training 4 years :o but yeah nah i mirin lmao. Thanks for constructive critisism

Doesnt look like your ready for gear yet, barely a foundation. Your 6ft and only 82kgs, plenty of natural gains left in the tank.

your gonna do what your gonna do whatever the feedback you get,  but there are so many other things to get your head around first excluding gear.

First off, this is a miles better topic than the last one. You've given us a much more detailed explanation of your training background and a much clearer plan of what you'd like to do. However, now more than ever it sounds like it might be too early for you to jump on the gear.

Don't be bummed about that - "not being ready" is actually a good thing. It just means that currently you're far enough away from your genetic limit that you'll still make wicked gains if you get everything right.

And that's the point - right now, you clearly haven't got everything right, because you'll definitely know when you do. Until then, steroids are just an expensive way of getting acne and bitch tits.

Whatever your goals, it's quite normal to consider using gear at this stage too... I still have a heap of old steroid and prohormone articles bookmarked from when I was sure I couldn't make any more progress naturally. Then I tweaked my diet and training and put on another 20kg.

Here's my suggestion. Start a journal on Gymnation, and log your workout and diet every day. I'm sure our members can help you make the same kind of gains you're hoping to achieve here. Give us 6 months. At the very worst, you'll be a little older before you jump onto AAS - which is a good thing. But more likely, we'll have made huge changes in your physique, and we'll have got you training and eating properly. That means that when you DO eventually start juicing, you'll be able to get maximum effect from it.
