DAA and grape seed extract

What's people's thoughts on DAA( D aspartic acid)

I ran this along side PCT on my last cycle while taking grape seed extract daily during cycle

both have anti E property's and sell off the counter in supp shops

does anyone run DAA during there cycles and find it to be beneficial? Or is it a waste of time.

waste of time during cycle and it possibly elevates aromatase enzyme so not good to use for PCT

Mixed views on the research that it elevates aromatase enzyme. But probably not worth the the risk. I found it did help post cycle last time

Don't see the point, aromasin does the job perfectly.

 

D-aspartic acid has mixed research on it's ability to raise free testosterone without raising SHBG.
