Kickboxing is insane cardio but you'll probly sacrifice to much muscle with such a high intensity workout.

depends on how many classes you want to attend/what you want to train/if you're a fighter or not

 

so it's most likely 25-35 a week , come to think of it, even if I were to train casual I am bound to drop 10-15 a visit, so might as well get a longer memebership, or go back to judo
