My tren experience

Most of the way through a test / tren cycle week number 9 now. 300mg tren p/week 450-500ish test cyp p/week, aromasin 25mg every 4 days to keep my aromatase enzyme level at about 20% -60% and thereby keep the level of estrogen converted down. have some nolva, clomid and letro on hand if nipple start showing signs of gyno, i dont think im prone to it at all.

These are the things i noticed.

Took about 3-4 weeks to "kick in"

Felt sleepy as hell in tbetween 1pm and 3pm for the forst little while

Went from being able to bench one set of 120kg x8 to being able to do 3 ful sets of 10 of the same weight and a half set of 5 x 140kg

Much stronger in general.

Hardness of muscles is unbelievable particulay the morning after a carb up and the hardest pumps at gym - my favorite saying at the gym "shit dude feel my arm" (only to my workout partner lol) 

Body temp was up by about 1 to 1.5 degrees wife noticed this lieing next to me and always asked me if i was sick

Sweating a lot - opted for cold showers so i cold get into work clothes and keep them mostly dry forwent hot drinks also to keep core temp down.

Didint rage at all fairly even tempered

Pissing rusty coloured urine tried to get more water into me but it didint seem to change the colour much.

Sleep - that elusive delite - im getting sleeps of 1.5 hours 4 times a night then getting up wandering round for a bit having a drink of water pissing the last drink out and then trying for another 1.5 hour stretch im so fucking over this shit lol.  i did get one awesome night after visiting a mate who smokes pot and having a cone befoer going home. was going to buy some but i dont know many people who smoke any more  and my mate who shared with me that one night couldnt get more in the short term.

I want to f*ck all the time - wife has begun going to bed much earlier to avoid my constant and ever present hardon. im still impressed even if she is over it.

Seeing 3 very distinct shoulder muscles pop out over the last 9 weeks has been gratifying, chest is much bigger biceps and tri's are also significantly bigger. i'm fat by bodybuilder standards so i wont be posting pics here for now - cant see my abs  but over the last few months i can actually see my body recomping well. had a coupld of reactiosn from friends wh hadnt seen me in a while noticing how shoulders n traps have poped out and are pretty noticable in a t shirt.

Gained about 10ish kilos without changing pant size or belt notches = yeah not that scientific in gettin the measurements.

Yeah I'm loving the results, im not liking the sleep situation - interested in how others get a bit more shuteye while running tren.

how were you eating? a big surplus?

initially tried to low carb, against all other advice i have read but after weeks of feeling like shit i went to about 200g carbs a day, lots of fats and protein - i dont do protein powder at all. i get all meat sausages from pokeno bacon and eat 4-5 those with boiled broccolli and maybe half an avo cubed for lunch, or something like 400g of chicken with yeah, my fav broccolli again heh 

(gotta get that fiber in or you end up shitting concrete plugs)

Night time after gym will be 5 eggs 100ml of coconut cream 3 heaped table spoons of ground linseed (fiber and omega 3) a banana and some cottage cheese and top the rest up with full cream milk. its about a 800ml shake glass - if my wife cooked something with meat in it ill grab my share of the meat portion and scoff that too.

breakfast us usualy simple roled oats about 150 grams of dry keeps me going for the morning - im of Scottish decent so usualy salt in that instead of sugar

small surplus for my frame and size

U running tren ace or tren enanthate? Sounds like you've made good gains.

 

First cycle?

Tren A until the extent of sides for me becomes known, yes first "Real" cyce - previoulsy i have done something slightly over HRT level with test cyp only for 8 weeks there were some strenght gains then too and some size gains but nothing like this - also i believe i was previoulsy quite low T to begin with the absolute quality of life improvements i experienced were amazing.

Hahah sounds awesome bro! Not sure whats up with your piss though haha maybe you got a secret stash with some vitamin B in there! I was/am still on mine - its been months, pissed me off when I changed supplier and figured out the first 3-4 months, what I was using was obviously WELL under-dosed, suddenly, like you strength through the roof and even with the aromasin etc still very horny all the time. Like JustHell said... Love that Trenbolone! Haha

yeah i like it a lot but i do need to sort the sleep thing - the 4th time you wake and its still 4am is like the deepest dispair you ever felt - im like f*ck f*ck f*ck, you reach over and touch your wifes arse just because you want some all the time and you get the elbow in the face instead. so you go to the computer maybe one hard beat wil let you drop off one last time... its a hard life with my first world problems...
