Ahh my bad. Spent some time over Thailand where I ran my first cycle. Now living in auckland things are rough.

Interesting i got sent some pics recently from a raw powder site i once made enquires with and they send all their stuff out in sashets and boxed drinks (very professionally done too) - i wouldnt get it because one of my kids might accidently drink some
