Ingredients:

1 medium-large purple kumara.

2 eggs.

1 can of tuna in oil. (Home brand of course )

madris curry power.

-boil kumara(skin and dirt on)and eggs.

-mash with curry powder.

-add drained cann of tuna.

-eat.
