Does anyone know of a flavoured casein brand made in nz..? I know of Eatme but was wondering if there are others with more flavour options... i would prefer nz made but i guess might try one of the others. Any recomendations welcome

Don't know which ones do casein, but off the top of my head, the NZ-made brands are:

Horleys
Eatme
Shotgun
Nutratech
Reactiv

just another question to add to this since it may or may not be related... is 'nz made' same as 'nz sourced' ? if not, which brands are both nz made and nz sourced?

Haven't some of the nz made caseins being on hold since that milk 'scare' a while back?

i mean it's possible for something to be nz made but ingredients imported right? ideally the best product would be both nz sourced and nz made (well just guessing there.. for all i know the cows of another country might produce more anabolic whey lol)

Ah right. I think they have to do the old "Made in NZ from local and imported ingredients" line in that situation.

I've tried the Nutratech casein before, vanilla. Tasted alright, but had a slightly chalky texture to it. I was using it in deserts so it wasn't an issue, but as a shake just felt a little odd. Taste was all good though, and well priced.

thanks for the replies guys.  decided not to worry about nz made for now and have ordered some Dymatize casein, just 960g to try out the Cookies flavour
