Well, I am pretty dumb.

An exagerated question would be gain 2kg lose 1kg, gain 2kg and lose 1kg. Any thing wrong with this?

I don't know, depends on a lot of things. How long did it take to gain 2kgs, was the weight gain primarily fat gain or muscle gain. How long did it take to lose the 1kg and why did the weight loss occur. It's a very loose question.

Should not worry to much about weight fluctuation. Weight can vary from day to day and is affected by emotional state of mind. Focus on something that puts you in a happy place. Say lifting weights. I would be more concern with a huge fluctuation in body fat %
