29 weeks out / First cycle / First Comp

Hey jus quick bit info about me before yah reply to this, might/might not help.  appreciate if yah do :) 

Age 20 - weight 80.5kg - 176cm - BF% 12 - Mindset on starting to cycle so save yah time tryna tell me not to -

working as labourer trenching so very physical job - Gym 6 days a week.

well known nz and very good nutrionist helps with diet n nutrtion so thats all on lock.

Entering my first comp in Oct and am going to start cycling (mindset) 

- 12 weeks Test E

- 500mg pin 250mg Mon - 250mg Fri

- Arimidex will have on hand just incase symptoms pop up. if they do pop up will run at .5mg EOD 

- PCT - Nolva 40/40/20/20 maybe clomid to no harm playing it safe i guess ? experienced opinion?

my question to YOU guys is, would i benefit more not coming off after 12 weeks and cruise for X weeks on 200-250mg until im close enough to start cutting for my comp then after run pct ? (will run orals to help shred/dry up)

mainly worried about how much time ill have to cut if i run 12 week cycle - 2 weeks down time - 4 week pct - = 18 weeks - 29 weeks = 11 weeks to cut ... :/

opinions / options / advice all welcome :)

i know where and who i want to become in life so try avoid the age card... but each to their own.

i will be cutting on gear AZIDE, hence why i asked if cruising with test e after  the 12 weeks at 500mg/week until im far enough out to start a cutting cycle was a smart move to conisder? gym rat i work to hard mon - fri so id rather have competitive edge then save money :)

1. Dont run PCT while you prep - pissing your money away

 

2. Orals dont "shred" or dry you up, even winstrol or a fat fella you wont notice much.

 

3. Adding in more drugs like clomid to your PCT protocol is not playing it safe- more is not better.

 

if i were you and mind is set on using hormomes i would run your proposed cycle and pack on some mass, then cruise on trt dose until you decide to start your prep then ramp up again once u begin and you decided whether or not you would include orals in your prep protocol.   I only say this because if you do decide to run PCT as plan you will most likely be on a hormonal rollercoaster, add in a calorie deficit and your  asking for loss of LBM. Just my 2 cents.

thanks rapz better to have 2 cents put in then nothing, i was planning on running pct after my comp (if i choose to cruise then run shred prep) correct me if im wrong but im 99% sure winny is used to help dry up pre contest? along with a fucking sharp diet which i do have.. and as for the clomid iv read in forums alot of people say running nolva is fine adding in clomid to pct wont hurt tho?

i think nolva wil suffice for a test only cycle even with a an oral like winny added in, but if you insist on using clomid as well its purely upto you - i have no experience with clomid but have read it comes with more sides vs nolva.

yes winny is used to help dry out - that alongside a good diet (sounds like you have).  i think you have to be fairly lean to see its true potential - ive run at higher bodyfat at my own mistake and didnt notice much other than joints were a bit sore and a little less water retention - nothing to brag about.

yeah i wouldnt bother using winny until i was pretty lean, same with clen. diet first then bring them in to break thru single digit %. 


Why don't you just wait 9 weeks and do a 8 week bulk then cut for the next 12 weeks? Simple 20 week cycle rather than 29 weeks of being shut down.

you saying do a 8 week cycle of 500mg test e then cruise on test e  while cut prep for 12 weeks? ?

Blast Cruise Cut would give you the best result for the comp, worst for your HPTA.

Personally first cycle should be a pure bulk.

If you must do the show what Leeroid suggested is probably the best medium ground between recovery and gear usage.

i had a chat with a friend the other night just for advice, im still throwing ideas around to get this shit right off the bat not f*ck up. he threw the idea at me of running test - e 350mg and eq 350mg a week for 20 weeks? (would not compete if did this) he said keep nolva on hand if gyno symptoms pop up. i know im new and 1st time in all but ive seen alot in forums atleast run eq 400-500mg a week and people start test -e cycles on 500mg a week.. ? (measurements in 1ml/500mg) 

any experienced opinons please? thankyou for all the replys so far! positive and negative means heaps. :)
