Statistics:

Age: 23

Height: 170cm

Weight: 72kg

Bodyfat: 8percent

Been training on and off for 5 years.

Recently had about 6 months off due to injury ,have been back for awhile now

and am stronger and in better shape then ever.

Benching 100 for 8, squat 140 for 8 and deadlift 205 1RM

Im no power lifter but dont think that's too bad for my size.

But its time to hit the next level.

Cycle:

12 possibly 15 weeks depending on how it goes Test e 500mg @ 250x2 pw

Will be taking arimidex at .25mg EOD or as needed, any advice here would be good

I dont think ill be gyno prone but mainly for bloat.

Will likley get it in liquid form as its a bit cheaper cause its expensive as hell.

(Im guessing its ok to discuss as its not illegal) found it cheap on an anerican

Site but cost 50 bux just to ship it here. Also if anyones used the liquid form how did it go

Pct will be nolva 40/40/20/20

Diet:

Been eating 3000 cals a day for the past month and a half and only gained 1.5kg

That about 700 above maintenance. Fat just dosnt grow on me lol

So ill probably keep it at this.

No starting date as of yet as im still in the process of gathering all that I need

But will be very soon and any advice will be greatly appreciated

Use Adex only if needed... Knocking out estrogen could seriously effect size and strength..

PCT: (if thats your preference) 2 weeks after last pin 20mg Nolvadex 50mg Clomid X 4-6 weeks.

Personally I'd taper off, with a low dose AI, & taper off that too...

yea what troll said about adex - just have it on hand and embrace the bloat :)

i think your PCT is fine.. you could even use less nolva.  i would probably add clomid if it was more of an agressive PCT or had been on longer or different compounds.

Hahah that was 7 years ago. I was mearly a little teenage boy who wanted to get some

Muscles. But no I never did any cycles in the past and im glad I didnt as ive come a very long wsy naturally

Since then. Like I said I get 3000cals a day now. I get plenty of protein. Not like 40grams every meal though.

I have 4 shakes a day that I create in a blender made up of half a cup of whole milk powder, 3 tsble spoons of milo for flavour mainly, a banana, cup of oats and an egg

lol calm down, not hating, just saw youve been a member since 2007 so read your old posts. the 180 was without a shirt (ive never tried one) and yes 103.3kg bw. you posted your diet up in those previous threads and it was shit. just asking to see if you have it sorted. waste of gear if you dont eat enough.

and bs you can lift more than me, and i dont see you having low bodyweight as being a positive thing and i doubt you do either as you clearly wana get bigger. whats your deadlift like?

 

8time national champ at 84 kg at my gym benches 250 for 3 reps with a suit. Now thats impressive.

if thats true then yeah its strong as f*ck. is it true though? sounds like bs to me

Yea but I split each one into two drinks. I forgot to mention that. Also thats alongside food of course. I wouldn't live of just shakes if that's what u thought lol

But yea sorry I took it to heart a little. I was reading your topic how you benched 80 kg 9 reps.

Sounds like youve come a far way from there 180 raw is impressive.

My best deadlift is 205kg sumo deadlift. But ive recently changed to the traditional deadlift as part of my back workout. As bodybuilding is my goal ive been doing 10 reps of 140kg for 4 sets. Struggling on the last sets for the final reps. I was one of thoes guys who neglected legs for far to lobg untill recently. November last year i could only squat 100kg 3 times(below parallel of course) but have now built it up to 140kg for 8 reps.

Im still gaining strength in my legs fast but with my bench im adding 1 rep every 2 weeks roughly.

My goal is 10 reps of 100kg

Also his name is brent mccormack.

that thread i wrote was a joke. deadlift was always my strongest/best lift (since i started doing them) and squats my worst. bench hardest to improve. good luck with cycle. hopefully gear you get is good. and yeah log it here

To be honest im pretty useless at counting everything so I sort of roughly count it in my head

But i go for 3000cals a day as im trying to gain weight.

50% carbs

30-35% protein

15-20% fat

I do my best to eat things like ...

Chicken breast, blue cod , tuna, rice , potatoes , bananas etc

Depending on the day sometimes ill only get a short lunch break so ill have to have somthing Like baked beans on toast for lunch.

Ive tried the whole eating everything right like rice and tuna for smoko etc.

But I feel that ive had best weight gain results when I eat crap for some reason.

Like takeaways kfc etc . And surprisingly doing that i still dont get fat

Yea im not at the world any more I'm at advanced. You might no who I am tho I'm the short dude who used to train with the real tall dude. Also used to train with the hulk reon

same hight as me so hardly anyone is short to me.

i know reon . he a fucken beast but na cant think who you are. why did you change to advance. worlds has lot more weigh

Yea world is definitely a better gym ae.

I moved to advanced to help my mrs train lol. Its alot smaller but has everything you need.

Also no having to wait for squat racks or bench presses because everyone uses the smith machine lol
