Sorry tried to search just after some body building training routines ,diet ,supps ,whole break down  I can follow wanna gain muscle n loose fat wanna have hero body (got misses)do odd bit martial training as well do u reccomend just shove down a p shake to not lose any muscle etc before a class .. any links welcome and please patronise away to fell superior. cheers..
