How to food-combine to make my own staged-release mutant whey?

Since recently starting to train (about a month), i have been mindful of mixing some of my whey with good fat, oils or peanut butter with the intention of making that portion a stage 2 release protein. . . Only in the last week i was happy to find a number of whey powders that incorporate staged release - basically wrapping up BCAAs and whey at each level (e.g. mutant whey). Obviously staged release could also be done by just mixing in long chain proteins but that would be more taxing on your digestive system. . anyway it seems common sense that there should be some cheap and easy ways to food-combine hydrolyzed short whey and BCAAs, so they are released at different stages.

Innitially assumed oil would be a good medium for this but perhaps fibre/starch may be better? Maybe both? Does anyone know where could get such recipes so i can make my own staged-release mutant whey?

. Vegetarian yogi training upper body primarily for psychological reasons - increase will power and control, key result indicator being upper body mass. Trying to do fairly naturally, avoiding crap like artificial sweeters, and not wanting to negatively disrupt or damage my own natural hormone production. More is ok. Also making effort to keep blood alkaline.

what the f*ck is this^

Well, that's an unusual first post and signature. So unusual, I had to check you weren't a spammer. However, now I see you are legitimately Kiwi, so... welcome!

what the fuck is this^

He also means, "Welcome." :D

This sounds like a pretty technical question, so I'm going to move it into the Diet/Nutrition forum where there's more chance an expert will see it. (...Flex?!)

But as a non-technical interim answer, Major-Flavaz' suggestion is excellent.
