Higher protein weet-bix

Dont know if anyone has heard of it, seen it or tried it, just thought you guys might be interested.

Its a higher protein weetbix bites cereal. 10g of protein per serve which doesnt sound like alot, but one serve only 45g. So pretty small. I had some this morning (2serves) plus milk so around 30g which isnt bad. 

Probably only good for those who dont mind a few carbs or those who are forever bulking haha.

Its not badly priced, $8.60 gets you 780g so 17 serves.

Taste wise, its like weetbix bites and if you havent had them, its like sweeter weetbix.

I add vanila whey to my normal weet-bix. 40g

Not the best protein source though, majority is soy protein FYI. Still taste legit though none the less

Cliffs:

A guy ate at a surplus, gained weight, saw worsened lipid and trigliceride counts and became diabetic.  He then ate at a deficit and reversed this.
