How much water do you drink?

I usually try to get 3 liters into me in a day,  im on the end of my second week using Tren A 300mg per week and test cyp 450mg per week. (droped the NPP as per advice recieved here to properly monitor the effects of tren on my body)

Urine is really really dark now though - i try to drink more, 3-4 green teas in the mornings and  300ml glass of water every hour while im at work give or take a few of those depending on whether i get called out to a job or stuck on the phone on a long support call.

Obviouosly i can just drink more and more till urine is clearer - but am interested in input from other members - have read that urine is going to be darker anyway when on AAS because of increased protein synthisis etc

When drinking a lot more water is it advisable to ensure that you supliment electrolytes?

edit to add - i dont drink sugar drinks,  pretty much just  the occasional black coffee no sugar, green tea and water. definitly no booze for the next 10 weeks.

i do like that powerade zero

you must have a well developed bladder there Rapz either that or your workmates think you're a compulsive masterbator lols (nothing wrong with that either every muscle needs a workout)

im going to aim for 5 litres a day for now and just use my eyeometer to colour check my pee

yes sodium - would be cramping a bit if o was deficient yes?

lol how can you be sodium defficient? Can someone please clarify sodium intake whilst on cycle/ different compounds?

I thought because of increased sodium sensitivity, it is advisable to keep sodium intake at about 2000mg/day. Unless you're eating like a starving child, I think you will find that you will have to make an effort to keep sodium much lower than this..

depends how you eat though man.. ok i do probably eat like a child lmao but i find when eating super clean home made stuff that decent sodium intake is pretty damn hard to reach with 2.5~3kcals intake. add some kfc in there though and easy peasy

i was thinking along the lines of all the extra sweating i do its all salty right so im losing water and sodium through my skin - to be totally honest i have never tasted my pee so i dont know for sure if i lose salt there haha.

i had a friend who got quite ill drinking a lot of water and doing cardio - he wasnt on AAS but ended up collapsing on the street while running and it was down to loss of electrolytes

couple of fun facts i found

Australian sports institute state that a person can lost up to 2.25 liters of water per hour while playing rugby as opposed to playing cricket  and losing up to 0.5 liters per hour. i guess an hour workout might fall somewhere in the middle-although right now i dont have to do much of anything to be pouring buckets

a normal person could lose up to a liter of water sweating at night -in the right circumstances. if you were running tren and sweating like a pig all night possibly up to 2 litred - i know i get up and drink at least a liter during the night because im so dry when i wake

then theres all the sweating i could do in the day time in the frikkin hot room with no aircon

sweat contains about 0.9g of sodium per liter

Urine on average contains about 1.17g per liter - googled that shit yeah!!!

so if a person was drinkning 10 liters a day they are either going to be sweating it out or pissing it out - on average losing about a gram of sodium per liter.

probaby get all of that back on a diet of processed food , maybe not on chicken and rice and broccoli heh

What sad cxnt would count sodium everyday? Its enough stress tracking macros and stoopid calories let alone a little salt here and there

lol guilty here... had to start doing it because cramping issues. i was regularly getting in way too little when i started cardio despite hitting all my other macros with my so called 'healthy' food. in the end gave up on trying to make everything so clean and just enjoy bbq/chilli sauce with every meal problem sorted it self out

but yeah, it ain't that hard to do the micros if you already tracking macros. you just tick a box on myfitnesspal and the job is done. it tells you how much whatever you got along with your c/p/f, very handy if you need to control anything or get deficiencies eg. vit-c/iron/calcium
