Power Rack or Half Rack for powerlifting?

I really need to upgrade my squat rack. It is simply not safe enough under heavy load, I don't trust it. 

 

I am looking for either a power cage or half rack. Most power racks in NZ don't have places to put your bands on them! I'm really strugling. If I got a power rack I could simply choke the bands over the tops... 

 

What do people think? In order to get bands above and below you? Anybody come up with some ingeniour solutions!
