Wanting to increase fitness and to lose body fat. Previously I've been preoccupied with weightloss to the point of being unhealthy. Now that I'm recovered, I'm wanting to lose body fat and gain muscle. Hoping to get down to about 17%. Not sure what I am at current.

Yeah. I have to learn to be patient and that results that are slow are results that are healthy and last.

Steps to get to my goals are to slowly increase caloric intake from averaging around 700 at the moment, to get enough energy to convert to muscle. I've also added whey protien after the gym to help.
I am attempting the Body-for-LIFE weight and cardio training guide, with a few friends messaging me non-stop 'till I go to the gym. Turns out I have no strength in my shoulders or biceps, haha
