Thinking of getting on the juice

personally i recommend orange juice because it is all oral very good and safe for the beginning strength athlete/average gym goer. as you move up the chain you will want to source more potent drinks such as apple cider or grape juices. another popular alternative is pine pollen.

give it a bit, like 3 weeks or so after you put on 10~20kilos of pure muscle (depends how your genetics respond to it) you can then think about the injection ones like watermelons juice.

i know it is very tempting but i don't recommend trying to inject from the get go, give ur body time to get used to oral intake juices. i hate watermelons juices because they need a very big long needle and it is very hurt especially when the seed comes through the needle which sometimes leaves a lump (also commonly known as gyno/nipple sensitivity/lumps on th chest area) but it's better than injecting some of the other shit by far...avocados are tthe worst side effect ones OMFG the seed is so big i don't know how peopld do it but they give the prominent big 'juiced to the gills boulder shoulders' appearance which is what you would have to do if you were seeking to become a professonal bodybuilder.

btw just because those come from natural sources they are NOT NATURAL when you combine them with a weightlifting and nutritonal program they are known for their great anabolic effects and you WILL TEST POSITIVE FOR any drug testing beware.

if you decide to go for it you will need to buy a top quality juicer i recommend briscoes they do the best stuff. also try to get a sifter/seive from warehouse they are cheap, finer the better because when you inject this stuff sometimes you get little clumps which hurt like hell (though they're the msot potent part of the juice, no pain no gain!)

Short answer -don't. Isn't your body fat 30%+?! You have no understanding of basic dieting and said you didn't have time to lift weights a few weeks back?

$350 per steroid is the current price but its forcast to fall overnight. You just eat them or inject them..just whatever you prefer. can also rub it on your skin. quality is actually quite good. its just not the export quality stuff mostly, kinda like seconds. still works exactly the same, just might have superficial aesthetic damage to the steroids. there are no side effects except muscle growth and fat loss and 'tren auras' (google it). anyone who says otherwise is full of shit.

so how many steroids are you gonna buy?

I read through and looked at the 2 pictures you posted, in the first one you actually looked good in my opinion your diet and exercise has obviously turned to shit. You know if half the people could achieve how you looked in the first picture naturally they probably wouldn't even consider AAS I know I wouldn't I would enhance what I had once back to where you were in the first picture. Really before you considered anything you should at least achieve what you were 18 months ago through diet and excercise if not more. If I had once had your physique in the first picture I would going crazy to achieve it back instead of try to take a short cut that will ultimately I think make you fatter because you don't seem to want to excercise much in your other post. Anyway I am no expert far from it but even my limited knowledge says sort out your diet and get to the gym quickly.
