Your story is truly touching. This gives me the hope to continue living. I have been through a particularly rough patch in my time recently and it has been a struggle to even find the strength to get up in the morning. Your friend sounds like a true hero, having vanquished the evil carbs from his life. I can only hope that I will have the same fortitude and strength of mind. Thanks for sharing.

Candida diet is great for if you have candida. Of if you are very dedicated to living a very tough life. No sugar, no dairy, no fruit, no processed food, no products that may contain mould (mushrooms, nuts etc)

I think if you arent intent on beating candida a whole foods diet will greatly reduce the need for caffiene and you will find your energy naturally balances. (and by whole foods thats not a fancy thing you can google, its just real food, made from food not chemicals)
