yellow pea protein

After chatting with someone about the pea protein I decided to give it a go.

Its definitely a different taste compared to Superquad or nitropeak, it does taste like peas but does feel like a clean protein for sure.

Its a bit more expensive though.

I would prefer a basic whey protein any day.

Pea protein is good for us dairy intolerant folks or if you want to follow a vegan/vegetarian diet. If you can handle whey, don't mind soy lecithin, and like having calves guts in your protein shake then you're probably better off with whey as it definitely mixes up better. Otherwise put up with the grainy texture for a month or two and eventually you won't notice the difference.

Rice protein is probably a bit smoother, and some of the pea/rice/quinoa/amaranth etc blended ones are pretty good.
