Can't blur the boobs they gone south will just tuck them in my shorts. Who is Nicola you guys talk about is she the one that sends letters from medsafe f*ck that would be disappointing waiting in anticipation for ya gear and instead a letter I bet she gets real job satisfaction lol. Still someone has to try keep us all safe shame the laws here are not as easy going as the UK she be out of a job.

from what i see here there isnt very much muscle mass at all, have you got a leg shot? some tend to hold more in their legs.

there could be a few different reasons why you find it difficult to build muscle.

- under eating

- inconsistant nutrition approach

- low testosterone levels

- training approach

- not enough rest/recovery

those are just a few of many reasons.  have you ever had your hormone panel tested for low test?

IMO its not a difficult task to get pass 80kg+ as a natural , being single digit BF and 80kg+ is a different story.

I have always been on the small side nutrician is good and I do eat a lot mostly good food to be honest. I have never had a hormone panel done and do wonder that my natural levels maybe somewhat low with my age etc. Perhaps I do not rest enough, I do a 3 day split and then a rest day, I have always had the view train train and train perhaps it's just genetics fucked if I know but I do eat well and train a lot and never really seem to get very far. To get to 74 kegs has taken long enough I don't carry much around my waist and don't want to getting to 80 without getting fat is a mission.

saw the pics. looks like you dont even lift srs. your nutrition and/or training must be shit. unless youre short as f*ck i dont see why you couldnt make it to 90kg+ @ 10% bodyfat without gear.

@Silverfern yeah don't take negatively what these guys say, you got a lot more you can do to maximise your gains naturally with proper training (which means giving the body rest to actually build muscle and eating until you DO see gains if that's what you're after). then again, you are 44 so in your case very possible you're at some disadvantage hormonally so get the hormone panel done and find out for sure if the juice is your answer of if it's just bad training/diet (or combination of everything).

 

with your training nope it's not just train train train all day remember muscles are NOT built in the gym they are broken down there and built up while sleeping (which will only happen the way you desire if your nutrition is on point). if you are constantly breaking them down all the time without enough rest for them to fully recover then you just wasting your time

Hey thanks for the advice I think I will take a step back for now and get a panel done. Would I be best going to the docs or a clinic in Chch to get my levels checked?  I think that maybe the issue may be low test because trust me I push myself all the time. Anyway thanks guys for all your helpful advice I will do some more research as to where I am going wrong and let you know how I get on.

It would be a good idea to get bloods done prior to starting a first cycle, so you have a baseline set of results for reference at a later date...

Lol wtf 3 days on 1 day off is hardly a recipe for over training. Even when you're natural you can train 6 days on 1 day off and you should be fine. You just have shitty genetics. I don't mean that as an insult either

This is very possable that is why I considered it in the first place to give my body a kick start. I have a brother who did this and he actually gained well on oral's years ago and kept his size he was of a very similar build, he eventually stopped training and I think only ever did 2 cycles but still he gained size and is still bigger today than what he would have been.

Yes I will get a self test this week I hope someone can help interprite the results on here for me.
