Im deiting down to 98kg for a GPC comp end of this month if i dont make weight then hopefully make weight for the 17th of May GPC comp, i have a habit of crash dieting for 2 weeks to make weight for other sports and always just make my weight class but very tired weak and fatigued so this time started beginning of Feb and do it slowly while tryin to maintain az much strength as possible.

I train 110% everytime i hit the gym bench,squats and deadlifts ,today i i couldnt du bech or squats so tryed deadlifts and died halfway thru it lol, so just did other back exercises and arms then cardio and now lyin in bed feeling sick and drained.

I to am fairly new to all this aswell havin been training for 9 months so far but also learning fast from forums like this and from other people.

But love this site and anythin to do with training, love the gettin involved with this kind of thing even thinkin about tryin strongman aswell but thats abit hardout for me at the moment lol.

My macros are algud at the moment , i just feelin drained from the monday to friday workouts and i never workout in the weekends as there my recovery days but i just went in for a workout on Sunday as my partner felt like a workout so i just went aswel, but silly me hadnt had much to eat or drink that day and usually spend that day duin things with my daughters withour thinkin to much about my diet, im not strict on anything but try to keep the macros around 40/50/10 and the normal 5-6 meals a day and around 4-6litres of water and that has usually kept my energy and strength levels good eachday.My diet so far has maintaned my strength on everything and in some have increased while at the same losing fat which is a hard thing to do.

Have alot of mates in the bodybuilding scene and some in the powerlifting scene that help me out if need tips on diet or anything, i still have aloooot to learn but am getting better as time goes by, bein on this site helps heaps aswell reading what has worked and what hasnt for some people and what kind of training cycles people are tryin and stuff.

Enjyoing the journey and havin fun at the same time but duin the hard yards through blood sweat and tears and thats literally lol.

Well done to everyone who entered! I don't think anyone realised quite how hard this was going to be!

I'm not sure whether Soundsgood wants to award the prizes or not, but I've just done a quick table of entries...

Now, I haven't verified these yet, but there are a couple of issues...

Northland Powah, you've got the highest total for the guys (congrats) however your squat video appears to be cut short. Have you got the full video?

Dsekone, I don't think we can accept a late video for the main prizes, but I'm sure that 1RM will be impressed by your efforts to get it in on time, so post up the vid and we'll send you a singlet with the rest of them. :)

Cool im happy with 3rd tie with Ashley even tho theres probably no prize, Jimmybro you got low score coz you forgot to put in a benchpress vid and i think you and Rebel101 had the best squats out of everyone.

Just watched Northland Powahs squat vid and didnt even realize only did 40 as vid sez 50 and i didnt really read what was written, but readin it properly it sez that 5mins had already past and couldnt do his other 10 so shouldnt that be it lol leavin Ashley and myself in 2nd place and we can share in some knee wraps or some chalk haha lol.

Did not help that you didnt do the benches! What happened?

Shoulders won't handle that kind of volume on bench. 

Yes you are right, the benches were the more difficult of the two. The smaller muscle group is more difficult as it becomes a strength issue. I found that I would fail at the bench press, where as it was a cardio issue with the squats.

Unfortunately when uploading to youtube via my phone I ran out of storage space, even though the whole thing was recorded on my phone. Once the video was uploaded I deleted it from my phone. So I no longer have it :( I understand that you can’t count the additional reps as there is no evidence. 

I am happy that. Congrats to everyone who attempted this challenge. It was much harder than it looked!

Uh, better just check those results again, Skeletor. We still need to verify them, but it looks as though Major-flavaz might have sneaked in a few more reps. (Actually, so did Ashleymargaret, but she's in the girls' class.) Sorry bro... But like Northland Powah, you'll still get a prize too.

Oh awesome if i have won i thought i would of got 2nd or 3rd behind the girls but just re-read the rules and realized theres separate prizes for male and female and also it said to multiply your benchpress by 1.5 or was that only for the girls benchpress.

Hey Pseudo if i have won 1st place ill hand my prize to the 2nd place person, i feel stink that i just decided to do this comp on the last day and yet i won wen i wasnt expecting to even tho i love to win something lol.

But id love a protein powder or sumthin coz iv run out lol, if not then some knee raps would be cool please and maybe xl trackpants or t-shirt. Or even the protein bars lol.

Thanx bro , yeah im cutting at the moment , the food prize for this comp is similar to mine anyway except mine taste like crap haha lol, tryin to get back down to 97-98kg so i can compete in the under 100kg class for powerlifting and armwrestling.

Soundsgood, I've just edited your post since 1RM will need details on sizing, etc.
 

I didn't complete the bench because Ive torn a tendon in my Forearm Sad  Leg day every day haha

Ooh, ouch. Still, I suppose it gives you a chance to bring those lagging quads up to speed... :D
