How do you know what catagory you fit into to, I feel like we'll get a lot of people crossing over for easier prizes? Strongman is probably the least popular here, so you'll get a lot of people jumping into that cat for easy prizes, unless you need some sort of proof you've competed at a competition?

As I read it there's only 2 prizes up for grabs, one male and one female. Identifying yourself in a particular group is just for interest and possible bragging rights I suppose. Correct me if I'm wrong SG.

I tried half of this again tonight for bench after my main work, only managed 18 reps at 100kg in 2min 30. I know I can manage a lot better when not already fatigued, gonna shoot for minimums of 40 for bench and 50 for squats when I give it a proper shot, no where near winning calibre but good challenge for sure!

Did 35 reps with 103.75 on the bar (2.5kg on one side 1.25 on other side) was supposed to be 102.5. Wondered why my right side was failing on last reps of each set. First set was 20 reps. Definitely a shit idea going close to failure on first set. Think I could get 50 if I do 5 sets of 10

Just did my squats. 54 reps at 82.5kg. Failed big time. Thought id space it into 5 sets of 15 per minute . Bad idea. Definitely push out more reps on the first few sets cause those last ones are tough but not to failure. If I had anotherr go I reckon I could hit 70 but im back on smolov this week. Video uploading to youtube so will post after.

54 reps at 82.5kg. Pretty miserable but never done anything like this so was a bit of fun. Felt like my face was going to explode and i spent 5 mins dry reching on the concrete once i sat down. definately should have gone for more at the beginning two sets as the end i was puffing like a steam train .Ā  Awesome fun though .Ā Ā  In b4 i see why you are named skeletor. In b4 someone skipped leg day.Ā Ā

No way. Enter as many times as you like. Strategy will play a big part here so it will take a few attempts to nail it. I will be trying again. Actually no I won't be trying the squats again. Legs still sore 5 days later lol

Haha i can imagine, mine are killing me and that was only 82.5kg not 120.Ā Ā  I havent even done over 50 reps in a full leg workout since i broke my heel bone a year and a half ago let alone in 5 mins buts it a good change of pace and fun.

Had another crack at it today and thought id try sets of ten with short rests . Got 58 cause i didnt want Soundsgood to feel bad CrazyĀ although questioning my depth from the angle but i thought i was hitting paralell.Ā 

Ā I'm no authority on squat depth or a judge but they all looked parrelell to me, I find it harder to hot depth with a light weight such as bodyweight. Unless I dive bomb it... But I somehow don't think dive bomb squatting our bodyweight for 5 minutes is good for us lol
