To compete in the teen category within the IFBB, you must be 18 years or younger. The junior category is for the ages of 19, 20 and 21.

NABBA-WFF some will argue is more competitive than NABBA-NAC. I think NABBA-WFF has weight classes as well as height class...? Whereas NABBA-NAC only has height class (Short and Tall) for physique and athletic as well as a open and novice class. 

To compete in the opens you must have won a show the pervious time otherwise a novice. Athletic class you have to weight your height according to the formula

  Height (cm) - 100 = Allowable weight in kilograms 

NZIFBB is probably the best federation to compete in for competition level in the teenage classes NABBA-WFF also has some good showings.
