Can anyone recomend a good free weight bench with leg extension and curl on the end of it? 

Would be good if it could go inside squat cage to and incline decline be a bonus!

I just in the prosses of buying Heavy Dutty Cage etc from No1fittness but cheaked out ther bench instore in felt a bit cheap really all the other stuff im picking up there feels strong etc 

just wanted to get the leg extension/curl for a bit of  extra variity from deads ands squats

any idears please..

Realtalk - I know where you're coming from, being sceptical about multifunction benches. But there's nothing wrong with wanting to put more variety in a program. Surely you don't just do squats and deads and call it a leg workout?

Yeah of course variety is good but not a must. those multi function bench presses with a leg extension on the end... Get in the way because of the size of the seat on end of bench, they become loose and the angles u sit at and lack of ROM because of it make a waste of time. Try doing any worthwhile resistance on a leg extension with no back support.

i have no problem with a leg extension machine (even no it serves no purpose to anyone other than bodybuilders or a small portion of rehab patients) but not on a bench press set up.... You can't do it properly on one and if you can't do it properly then.... is what I'm saying.
