I definitely advocate cheat meals/refeeds or "high carb" days. Especially for guys and guys who are training hard - someone with a lot of muscle has large glycogen stores and should be able to have some form of higher carb once, even twice a week, and it not affect body fat levels negetively (you can still lose your 500g, 1kg whatever per week). Instead it will go towards fuelling workouts and supporting dece hormone levels across the board (still helpful even if you are taking a few exogenous compounds).

Rapz you are looking great excellent progress.

Hmmm basically destroys Rebels 10 days not being able to see changes on the scale theory.

This is a totally different scenario now and cannot be compared, there is a difference between one off and repeated cheat meals, and the amount of cardio has been altered so it is no longer the same recipe.

Is it 8 weeks until your comp Rapz, if it is the Chch Classic we have a team of bikini and figure girls coming down should be a great show.

repeated cheat meals sounds more like an affair?

whereas Rapz is just having the odd fling on the side?

feeling tired and lethargic these last 2 or 3 days - insomnia from tren is getting annoying constantly waking up - running like a furnace and sweating 24/7 and long days at work have all added up to some pretty average gym sessions the last few nights.  by the time i get to the gym im pretty shattered after the first exercise - even pre workout is doing very little.  i thik i need a couple of nights of some really good long sleep.  gonna buy some sleep gels OTC - the diphenhydramine helps me get to sleep.

had a back workout yesterday - focus was volume again and depleting the muscles as much as possible.  post workout went and watched the new Generation Iron movie.  to be honest it was a bit of a let down - nothing like Pumping Iron, i walked away a bit dissapointed how they portrayed bodybuilding.

by the time i got home - i was so tired and didnt complete night cardio as planned - just ate less in my last meal.

Lat pulldown (supinated grip) - 5 sets

Lying T-Bar row - 4 sets

Hammerstrength low row - 4 sets

Lat pulldown close grip - 4 sets

machine seated row - 4 sets

unilateral pulldown - 4 sets

hyper extensions - 3 sets

not a good weekend - felt sick as fxck - yesterday all i could stomach was frozen yohurt, lollies and protein shakes and fruit - cardio felt like a mission even on low incline and walking slow - i think my body is feeling a bit overused lol even by my progress pics i look flat as shit and looks like ive lost size in my legs (mindfucking)  and by the looks of my pics i got told im a bit behind for 8 weeks out FML on top of that im finding trainings in the gym a mission at the moment - after the first exercise im gassed and i can tell im losing strength.

8 weeks out - 119kg

Hi Rapz even though you feel like shit you look good. Even though it is no consolation I have always been told that if you feel anything but bad you are doing it wrong.

Who told you you are behind, the only one who has the right to say that is your trainer !

You may be flat, which given that you are not eating what you should be is entirely expected. But with the gear your using you should not be losing size, its probably just that you are flat that makes it seem like that.

thanks all for the comments :D

been a bit slack on updates..

last few days have had to deal with some family drama - it took priority over prep and has been a tiring ordeal.  i missed 2 days cardio and on top of this my flu from the weekend has seem to get worse, just doing the best i can to overcome it and taking some vitamin-c, lemsips and multis to help.  trainings have suffered a bit - tried to keep them nice, short and intense - hopefully this passes by quickly - cos it feels like death haha *wacko*

since upping the tren, nigjht sweats have got worse and the shortness of breath sucks - also sweating a lot during the day just sitting at my desk at work or home on the couch - its gross.

morning weight this morning was 119kg so sitting between 118-119kg at the moment - cacthcing up with cooach 2mrw to see where we are at - looks like im holding more water this week - dunno if the body does this when sick or what.
