Thanks big time for taking the time to detail your jurny so far. its reall y interesting to read the good the bad and the hungry and see youir progress pics along the way. there is so much more to taking gear then i ever thought.

update time...

right so this morning i had a weigh in this morning and come in my lightest to date (122.3kg) which is over 2kgs lighter from when i had my cheat meal on wednesday night, it would be safe to say the extra cardio, t3 have made a difference for sure.  started clen again after taking 2 weeks off, will probably stay on for the remainder of prep as i have been reading studies where t3 and androgens up regulates the beta -2 receptors, basically meaning i can run clen non step without having to worry about down regulation - if i can find the readings i will post them up - but im more of a real life experience type of guy so i will keep you all up to date as to what happens.

so as i sit here eating my pre workout bowl of proats - i want to tell what ive been doing the last 2 days that have made me suprisingly come in my lightest and in my opionion best look so far.  I HAVE UPPED MY CARBS - yes you read it right - i have deviated from "the plan" once more , so if this turns to shit i can only blame one person - MYSELF.

* anyway to compensate i have cut fats as low as possible 

* kept protein to 1g per lb of bodyweight

*filled the rest of my calories with carbs while still being in a energy deficit

i wll run with this for the next week to see how i respond - i know its not reccomended but the last 3 days have told me differently in terms of fat loss, mood and look of my physique.  the t3 still has me pretty flat looking most of the time but the extra carbs do help.  lets see how this goes :D

i have to apologise in advance for quality of pics this week (especially back shots) - no traninig partners to take photos all week - so best i could do was set up camera in my room and pose away.  this is moring condition straight out of bed - so pretty flat, oh well cant win em all lol

righto , managed to drag my arse in for a quad session last night... trained by myself - so the workout was full of volume and higher reps.

leg extension

warmed up with 2 sets of 20 reps - the completed 5 working sets of 12-15 reps increasing the load each set.

 

Barbell squats

1 warmup set of 20 reps @ 60kg , i then went on and did 4 working sets of 20 reps - no big weights were needed.  i performed a piston type movement - never locking out and back to parrelel - eveything was on fire and i reccomend it for anyone up for the challenge. first set of 20 reps was @ 100kg and the next 3 sets were 120kg.  breaks were kept strictly to  minute in between sets.

 

Leg press

i never did a warmup set per se.  but completed 10 sets of leg press of 10 reps with 2 second eccentric phases and varying feet position (wide, narrow, high and low placement) started off with 5 plates per side and only went up to 9 plates side - again breaks were strictly kept to a minute.

 

Walking barbell lunges

nothing flashy about this one - did 1 set of bodyweight lunges for 15 reps per leg then 4 sets of 12 reps per leg @ 50kg - like the other movements, breaks were kept to 1 minute.

 

Leg extension

back to the leg extension for a final blowout. 4 sets of 10-12 reps holding the contraction at the top of the movement for 2 seconds and lowering back to the start position - quads are fried at this point lol *wacko*

 

workout was close to 90mins all up - completed my night cardio straight after leg session - just felt like a zombie on the bicycle - then got to my car and car was flat - left the lights on - FML!!!!!  chest, biceps and abs are on the menu tonight will report back 2mrw.

Glutes are coming in..,.... 

Waist is coming in a lot, do you do much oblique work? 

 

na bro, im lucky to do abs once maybe twice a week if lucky - probably why they dont pop as much. i just do 4-5 sets lower ab work and same with upper.

how does your mrs feel about you using gear and training so much

hey bro

if i were to give an honest opinion, i would say she hates it.

when i first confronted her about my gear she got very emotional.  i have tried my best to educate her on both the pros and cons of using gear. she may not like the idea of bodybuilding but she supports me in every way possible - she doesnt approve at all but will tolerate it.  I will never expect her to be comfortable with it - beacause there are certain aspects of bodybuilding that are just not normal everyday things we are used to.

This prep has been hard for her as I'm very selfish at times - i purposely wont go to family occasions, dinners , birthdays etc just because i cant enjoy myself and eat what i want.  We rarely eat together as all my meals are pretty much pre made/determined .  i do my best to accomodate whatever activities we do together so it can be as pleasent as possible.

A couple of weeks back i told her that i would stop this prep at any time that it got in the way of our relationship, i still feel the same way now and if she wanted me to stop i wouldnt hesitate.  Il stick by my words and say, i love bodybuilding and will always train and eat well but i wont let it get in the way or jeopardise friendships/relationships with loved ones.  i have no aspirations of trying to go pro etc etc its just a hobby for me :) a damn expensive one lol

yes all relative to your situation bro.. i think having a family would be even more demanding, if you throw gear into the mix - it will prove challenging to balance everything and accomodating everyone.  some have mastered it - but i certainly havnt.

thinking about gyno/bxtch tits , i though mine were getting bad this cycle , when i flick back to old pictures i realise and it looks like i had a bit of puberscent gyno anyway, using gear has just made it flare up a little.

i think more PIs and Maoris are definately fatter per capita, what comes with that? fat guys with tits lol

masteron 75mg ED - 525mg per week

test prop 30mg ED - 210mg per week

proviron 50mg ED - 350mg per week

anavar 50mg ED - 350mg per week

clen 60mcg ED

t3 50mcg ED

All up just over 2g of gear use a week - most i have ever ran. i will run anavar until 6 weeks out then will switch with winstrol to help dry out - have dropped TNE to keep esterogen levels on the low sides and let the DHTs do their work.  added proviron today.  starting to look harder and harder by the day - getting very vascular all over.  can even start to see some veins of my abdominals.  lethargy from t3 has pretty much gone - im just warm all the time.

funniest thing happened this morning - had my cheat meal last night - went out to japanese restraunt and spent something like $120 on an assortment of sushi , sashimi , tempura . it was goooooood!! to finish off got a banana split for dessert. had bad night sweats drenching the bed, fan on full force and insomnia to the max......

anyway woke up my lightest to date this morning and looked my best yet - dry as hell, vascular and full.  my legs look like they have shrunk a bit (i hope not) maybe cardio twice a day is taking its toll.  this morning weight was 120.9kg, down almost 2kgs since last week.

so i figured tweaking the diet a bit and adding cardio has been super beneficial, abs are starting to pop now - took a couple pics yesterday

trained hammies & calves yesterday.

seated hamstring curl - 6 sets

SLDs- 5 sets

Lying leg curls- 5 sets

Good mornings- 5 sets

Standing leg curl- 6 sets

standing calf raise- 7 sets

seated calf raise- 5 sets

lots of volums on hams, very short rest periods - felt like a cardio workout- really wanted to blow them out before my cheat meal :D

not sure bro...

im still holding lots of water even on low test.  im pretty estro prone so running aromasin 12.5mg ED alongside 10mg nolva.  think il drop 2 weeks out , if not il add letro in last 4 weeks to get bone dry, and if i can obtain a diuretic il use that as well.

I'm very similar and tend to think it is better for me to drop test 6-8 weeks out and just run the hardeners etc

Hmmm basically destroys Rebels 10 days not being able to see changes on the scale theory.
