Your pretty unlikely to gain muscle in calorie deficit, also you basically have no direct sources of protein in your diet, and just cos u have an extra few hundred instead of filling it up with junk food which will peobably make u feel like shit, practice some good eating habits and fill it up with healthy but tasty alternatives.

I want to eat it as a cheat meal. I like that fatty stuff..... How often a week can I eat it and still get decent results? My plan is as follow. Weights 3 times a week and 30 run 3 times a week and eating plan is this.

6 weet bix, 1 banana

2 boiled eggs, 2 brown bread

Lunch ?

2 banana

Dinner ?

795.6 Calories for Lunch and Dinner

Calorie maintenance =3048. Fat loss =2438 and the Above meal plan is 1642.4. Does that mean the remaining 795.6 calories can be used on any type of food (Junk) and I'll still lose weight and gain muscle as long as I do my runs and weights?

Thanks bro!

good on you for counting things up. yeah pretty to start with you can load up with whatever you want within your calorie target. eventually you're gonna want to manipulate the ratio of macros which make up that target though like ____ g carbs (some like moderate carb some like low carb), ____g protein (normally between 100 to 200grams), ____g fat (tonnes of fat pretty bad for your health and generally those calories are better spent elsewhere such as complex carbs (rice, weetbix, oats) for that high energy feeling) but you're on a good start!

@rapz

I see bro, I'll hit those remaining calories by eating good meat and other clean foods to get some protein for muscle.... I'm new to this dieting thing. I feel like complete trash after eating that povi masia. Just woke up 3 hours after I ate it and still feel slughish!.... cheers bro

  • 2 months later...

breakfast - Left over dinner (Chiken) or 2 pies

lunch - 3 piece quater pack (KFC)

dinner - Fish & Chips

I'll also have lollies and soda during the day.

Question: How much of a role does your diet play?

thats playing up if your actually serious about losing weight well sorry my friend this isnt going to help you!! i was 146kgs now im 95kgs and im telling you its what you put in your body inside and and out thats going to determine how much weight you are going to lose, seeing as you already stipulated your dietry plan above food is the major key into training aswell as hydration and consistant training what are you hoping to achieve out of a 30-40 minute run?

Honestly brother, you've got so far to go with nutrition and training I'd save up my cash and get a personal trainer twice a week. Then do everything they say, make small changes and work with them. Coming from that diet and knowledge and trying to climb Mount Everest is a big ask. Get a profesional to guide you, listen to them and most importantly do what they say.
