I have been doing stronglifts pretty solid for 9 months.

I started at a porky 90kg at 184cm and now floating about 97kg and I can see that is more muscle now.

but now I am stuck at 97kg legs look great ,still some fat round belly, arms look good, chest extremely pathetic.

Will GOMAD diet help push me over 100kg without putting me back in porkerville?

Typical food log

Breakfast

Cereal/oats black coffee, 2 cups water.

10am, 160/185gm can tuna or chicken 2 litebread multigrain, 1 cup water

Lunch,160/185gm can tuna or chicken 2 litebread multigrain, 1 cup water

230pm, st Pierres sashimi, soy &wasabi, apple or other fruit 1 cup water

Dinner, prepackaged weight watchers meal (if I can't be ducked cooking having them in freezer saves me from takeaways) otherwise rumpsteak, half a broccoli and 4 eggs on a slice of Vogels.

Post dinner snack, low-fat yogurt sometimes with frozen berries

Evening, whey shakes with oats for fibre.

Also a burger once a week (no fries)

Also on Fridays 2 sugar free V drinks with a double shot of Jimbeam.

Only other alcohol maybe a occasional homebrew beer post workout.

Start logging amounts of protein carbs and fat. While consuming alcohol blood sugars will stay high. Therefore body will look for carbs to burn for energy. Try lowing carbs and increase protein. Try taking coconut oil early afternoon to curve sugar carvings. Basically look up anabolic diet and fine tune it to meet your needs. Also what your goals. Is to put size on or reduce body fat. I would drop body fat and then look at putting on quality muscle. All the best.

Okay, coconut oil?

I got a bottle of the clear stuff my cleaner in Fiji made me last year when I was getting stretch marks under my arms, she said to rub it on skin to make it supple and to fry food in it.

Never said anything about drinking it. Google suggests 2-3 tablespoon of coconut oil a day does that sound about right?

Just increase your calories and macros from normal food. Looks like you could increase carbs a fair bit adding extra slice of bread as well as some good fats. Increasing carbs doenst necessary mean increased fat - you might get some good strength. energy and gym gains and look fuller help you get dem muscle gainz. Just do it slowly adding 50cals a week or something!

imo no point just adding milk - not much helpful nutrition in it other than calcium. some is okay but no reason to choose it over real food so just stick with more real food imo!
