I'm quite impressed that the guys were so persistent in trying to help. Most of us would tut-tut and walk on by.

On the other hand, you'd have to wonder if naming and shaming an 8-year-old by posting the video on Youtube is really beneficial to him.

Im starting to advocate that people need a permit to have children. I don't understand why people need to apply to drive a car, build a house, and own a gun, but pop out as many kids as they want and the goverment pays them to do it???? if you can look after yourself why whould you be allowd to procreate?

Why?

By the time he is older and getting into the job force, I highly doubt this will have any effect on him, and at the moment he is probably thinking hes awesome for being on tv drunk.

What I find is worse is the fact the Mother came out in an interview and said she "hardly" knew the people that gave her son booze, and would never give younger family members alcohol, yet there was a facebook pic linked with her and a few other kids holding beers. No doubt she will pass the blame onto someone else and get away with it.
