Bodybuilding/scupting- where to begin??!

Hi Ladies,

I am 25, 165cm tall and weigh 66kg. I usually waver around 59kg with healthy eating but have let myself go the last 6 months. Instead of just losing weight this time through diet, I want to set myself a new challenge and train hard. I don't know where to look or who to ask when it comes to bodybuilding. Does anyone have any advice? And does anyone in Auckland want to join me on this mission? Thanks!

Hi pseudonym, I'm on the North Shore. I can work my way around the gym but need some (a lot) of support starting with some hard training! I'd love to find someone else around the area who was keen to give it a go if anyone hears me!

Hi Aimee if you need someone to talk to or get ideas off most welcome to get together.

I can highly recommend Aylmer as a trainer, and you will need someone solid in your preparation who can advise you and monitor progress.

But for when you just need another female to talk to I am here.

Womdering how things have gotten on for you. I would love to learn more as Im looking at getting into the same thing but i have no idea where to start.

Hi just so you are aware Aimee wrote her request back in January so incoase she is not watching the site right now you are more than welcome to touch base will me if you need some encouragement.

I am not looking to train with anyone but love to support people and help where I can, I train out of Club Physical in Albany so am not too far away. Let me know if I can help.
