Long time lurker here. Just dropping a line to introduce myself. I have been around gyms for some time having worked as a PT (not a very good one) before moving to a different career. I have generally had a background in sports and have solely training for sporting performance for a number of years. After my job change and a property purchase and general growing up I have gained around 12kg in the last year and a bit. I am pretty happy with the weight that I am but definately need to trim the mid section a little! I am finding cardio very difficult at the moment due to tendonitis in both patella tendons which is giving me the shits.

Current stats

Age - 26

Height - 173cm

Weight - 84kg

BF% - I would say with doing alot of skinfold testing during my sporting career I would be approximately 18-20%

I get to the gym at least four times a week for some pretty lack-lustre workouts and I have been trying to get out for a couple of walks a week with the Mrs.

Basically after a bit of a ramble I am going to make a full effort to trim down a bit and get fit! So here we go.

Well, recognising it puts you ahead of half the other PTs at least! :D
