What makes you think your short..? Have you extracted the rest of the oil, and is it less than 8ml..? 

Nah i havent , was just surprised how much 2 ml took from it.

Well it's 20% which is almost 1/4 so it's not gonna be at the sane level as it was before you with Drew it. Move on lol

Back on topic. Hit Back and Biceps today

Weight: 92kg

Barbell Rows:

60kg 15reps

70kg 12 reps

80kg 10 reps

90kg 8 reps

95 6 reps

 

T-Bar Rows: 3 plates 12 reps, 3 and half, 10 reps, 4 plates 6 reps and dropset

Underhand Pull downs. Worked down the stack, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps

Seated Rows: 12 reps, 10 reps, 6 reps

Dumbell Curls: 15kg eh 10 reps, 20kg eh 5 reps, 17eh 6 reps

Cable hammer curls, 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps

Then finished with a pump set of 25 reps on cable straight curls.

 

eating 400g premium beef, 300g potato and some thai rice

Why were you eating 400g of prime mince when the maximum in your meal plan is 200?

Why were you eating 400g of prime mince when the maximum in your meal plan is 200?

I just group the 2 mince meals as one now. instead of 2 seperate meals.

Decline db press: worked up to 40kg x 10, 44kg x 6, 44kg x 5 and dropset

Smith machine incline with slow negatives: 60kg x 12, 70 x 10, 80 x 6

Machine flys: 10, 8, 6

Triceps

cable push downs. 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps

Cable kick backs: 15 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps

dumbell skull crushers: 12kg 8 reps, 12kg 6 reps, 10kg 10 reps

Now chowing down 2 chicken roast subway 6 inch low fat subs and 1 plain baked potato from wendys. which is the same macros as my chicken and rice meal. #Juiced

So 1 chicken roast subway foot long? Or is 2 6inch sandwiches make u bigger? Lol

bro ur chest gets the same amount of volume as ur triceps??

Realtalk, the first of those tricep sets are warm up sets. I just included it in there. And I know my weights are weak as f*ck but it doesnt matter too much to me. I use to do heaps of sets for chest and it didnt really do much. since i started using doing less volume iv made gains in my chest.

 

Going to post pics soon but im so hairy.
