I haven't used it for a year and it has been lying around, its expiry date is middle of next year. im not sure if the moisture has got to it.

In the pic it shows some ball shape texture, they aren't too hard can be broken into powder easily.

Is it still safe bruhs?

In all seriousness, creatine does eventually degrade into creatinine, which ain't so good for you. But if the powder isn't rock solid, and it's not past its best-by date, I wouldn't hesitate. Dig in!
