CAPO ANZAC  International 3lift and Bench only competition

Saturday April 26 - Lifting starts at 11am. Weigh in at 8:30am at Miada Gym. (no 24hour weigh in)

Ange Galati and the Howletts... it's not going to be a meet it's going to be a fest and with Ange it's a benchathon, that guy is seriously strong on that lift in any weight division. Then you find out he weighs about 80k and you wanna hang yourself LOL

Due to the huge amount of interest we have had in the ANZAC INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Capo NZ have decided to include a novice bench only section. We will ONLY be taking 15 ENTRIES so get in fast and don't miss the chance to lift along side some of Australia's biggest benchers! Entry fee for this is $30pp and entries will close on the 14th April. The format for the day will be posted here shortly. Prize giving for the novice bench section will be held straight after lifting at the venue. You have 13 days to get your entry in! Get amongst it!
