Dymatize has actually gone quite pricey! I used to buy 10lb for 120$ around march, not its 145-150 as the cheapest.

I'm trying a massive 20kg bag from fonterra, it claims 80% content, Im not too sure about the bcaa/glutamine content though.

It doesnt have any taste / swettness, which is great for me, and its mixability is great.

20 kg for 300$, cheap as!

Pretty much all whey powders have gone up - I was getting a 4.6kg (10lb) bag of ON 100% whey for $165 a few months back - now it's $185

Instant Whey is only $99 for 5lb. Thats pretty good for proven quality protein? Not sure how long that would last looking at others

That's not that good - $200 for 10lb, quite steep really

last time i comped,i didnt use any milk protein products at all! i wonder how 3-4 trays of eggs a week stack up cost/protein wise?

It's more the convenience of powder than anything else that makes it attractive - I don't have time to cook up eggs 3 times day in between work/gym etc.

It's a newby question, but (and 'cos I like Dymatize for flavour and mixability, I've got some on the shelf), what would the consequences be of upping the serving size to ensure that a serve really is 28.8g, not what the test found? What harm would it do, apart from going thru the product more quickly?
