Whats up guys,

Goal is to be a nice lean (around 8 percent) 85kg..Im keen to do gear if need be, but question is am I really ready for it? I've got a nutritionst and trainer sorted so I can get coached through the cycle as my trainer coaches IFBB athletes, current stats are 63kg 7-8% and 175cm.

I know 63kg sounds very small, but girths measure out to be 96cm chest, 38cm arms and 53cm quads, it seems to be my claves that dont get any size at all :(

Anyway post some feedback and let me know what you all think, cheers!

If your only 63kg at 175cm not need to touch gear IMO.

Weight doesn't mean shit. I know a wrestler at my local polytech who is 5'10 and 62kgs. He's been training for 8 years and is a national level wrestler who won the under 60kg class at the NZ champs last year. His delts are capped and chest is full. Anyone that looks at him can see that he trains. When I found out he was only 62kgs, I was shocked. He looks at least 75kgs. Made me ashamed that I was 25kgs heavier standing next to him and we looked the same size.

He can fit his hands around his waist, that's how tiny his waist is. Probably 6% or less. Freaky genetics. Definitely another Ali if he was to take up bodybuilding.

Your chest, arms and quads sound like they're a decent size, especially for your weight. Best thing for you would be to post some pics. That'll let us know whether you're ready or not.

If ya want to grow you have to eat & eat heaps,

If your committed to training and eating a shit load of food?

I would jump on the gear, as long as your educated enough to understand what you will be doing to your body?

How old are you?

When you know enough about aas, there wont be any question whether or not should you jump on.

You will know that you are ready to jump on the gear.and there wont be any doubt.

Good luck in deciding what you will do.

lol i try stay away from this dark side of the forum much as possible as some of the stuff shown/talked about here make it sound real tempting but straight up.... if you can't make gains at 63kg without the stuff then you need to start back at square 1 treat yourself as a complete beginner. count caloriess make SURE you eat in a surplus with no doubt. for lifting go with a tried & true program where you don't have to think about much for example most variations of 5x5, squats & milk etc. make sure you follow it to the letter and stay true to it.

once you figure out how to eat and train for gains naturally then ask yourself later if you're ready for the gear.. don't just be another loser in the gym who mucks around with his food and training, injects excessive gear and makes no progress, peace!

Thats because Ali has such a small frame and good muscle bellies.

Looking at this guys photo no way you would think he's done three cycles...
