Antibiotics and paracetamol are taken orally so sterility isn't as much of an issue. When you inject a substance directly into the muscle, this is bypassing the body's usual first line of defence against infection which is your stomach. The body has numerous mehods of defence in place for anything we ingest but not so for intramuscular injections. Therefore sterility is much more important. Thats why antibiotics and kids paracetamol come in plastic bottles.

Also I'd be worried about the benzyl benzoate dissolving the plastic after a prolonged period of time. I dont really buy into the BPA scandal with water but if you've got a powerful solvent in there as well, having a significant amount of dissolved plastic in your solution is a very realistic possibility.

I doubt that it would lose much potency after a year. Testosterone and derivatives are relatively stable compared to say peptides or HGH which degrade rapidly if stored incorrectly and usually have a shelf life of only a few months even when you do. Unless you have left it lying in direct sunlight it will probably be as strong as it was a year ago. I'd inject double anyway just to make sure .

But yeah in regards to your original question I'd just use it. YOLO

How are you failing to see that a PLASTIC OPEN bottle after a years use will be extremely dangerous? Its been said before no one is question the initial packaging from the supplier, its the fact that 1 its plastic, 2 its been exposed and 3 its been like this for a year. At least a glass vial thats been sitting for a year still isn't exposed. You don't have to be a gear expert to understand the dangers of this, is basic science, actually no, its just common sense.

How about pour it into a beaker and set it in a the oven for a bit - seem to remember some writings from the guys who do cookups from raw powders or the fina conversions doing something similar to sterilise. 

coming from my own experience dropping a fit on the ground and being too needy/lazy to  recook my drugs (all clean now for 15 years)- the resulting blinding headachy fever curled up in a ball in a dark room is not something i'd ever want to have happen again - beware of injecting unsterilised crap into your body -

find a way to sterilise it again - might need some more solvents after a bake though as i would imaginethe BA or BB might evaporate off in heat and your test could crash out of solution.

im no scientist though just an idea...

ya got me curious so i looked up a few resources that ive come accross in my travels,

best and easiest way to sterilise is to filter the material you have with a watman  0.22um filter the smallest bacteria is about 0.5um so a 0.22um wont let any bacteria through.\

draw up your leftover juice into a large syringe attach newly opened filter and the push plunger and squirt juice through filter into asterile recepticle - if you are using a sterile vial yes you can get em at the 30ml size and 50ml size from amazon it pays to have a large needle inserted into rubbber cap as well to let out air as you fill.

maintain sterile work practice as best possible, clean hands, latext gloves or whatever you can best do.
