Squat Strength Based Program needed

here is a sheiko peaking prog, its 32 and 37  together i think, works a treat, big vol and boring but each time iv run iv gain 20kgs odd even more on 1st cycle of it, you could just do the squat side of it as its 2xper week, just add your numbers at top of each page instead of my old one in there and it will do the rest -

Looks like it is also based on squatting three times a week. 

I think I will give the Russian Squat 6 week program ago and instead of training three times a week train twice extending the cycle. 

Sheiko uses more volume, I would rather go heavier I think.
