Frame sizes and non muscular/bf weight

Is there a thing as 'frame size'? How much does it impact on your weight, say for example small frame vs a large frame.

I've always weighed little on the scale but feel I should weigh more and was wondering if I have little bone weight, organ weight, water/blood weight, etc and could it drasitcally impact on my weight on the scale.

Ankle - 7.9inch

Wrist 6.2 inch

I have small ears also for example, lol.

IMO there is. Bone structure, bone density and other factors will influence your scale weight at the same height.

But if you put 10kgs of muscle on, people will tell you that you have a big frame even if you didn't when you were 10kgs lighter lol. I get people telling me that I must genetically have a solid frame now that I'm 90kgs but 3 years ago when I was 54kgs at the same height, I think you would've said I had a small frame.

Yep. I used to train with a guy who was much the same height as me, weighed 10kg less, but looked like he was 10kg more. He was pretty self-conscious about his light weight, but he looked amazing. He just happened to have a really tiny waist.

I have small ears too - I'm going to use that excuse next time I feel the need to justify my lack of weight!
